Job Title: Business Analyst Gaming / Lottery (Appian)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+Months
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise application implementations.
- Hands-on experience in Gaming or Lottery domains (state lottery experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of licensing, regulatory, and compliance-driven systems.
- Experience working on BPM / workflow-based platforms, preferably Appian.
- Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, user stories, process flows, and other BA artifacts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting UAT and production rollout activities.
- Prior experience working with state or government clients.
- Appian BA or Appian platform exposure on licensing or regulatory solutions.
- Experience with remote delivery models on long-term programs.
