Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled LEAD Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. The candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves building interactive UI components using modern JavaScript (ES6) and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.
· Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
· Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex and Schedulable Apex when required.
· Configure Salesforce features including Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Page Layouts, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
· Develop rich and interactive Lightning Web Components using JavaScript (ES6).
· Implement client-side logic, event handling, and UI behavior within LWCs.
· Work closely with UI/UX teams to build responsive and user-friendly components.
· Optimize component performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
· Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues using tools like Developer Console and Workbench.
· Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes for system issues.
· Manage code deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, Git, or DevOps tools.
· Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Must have skills:
Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
