Business Intelligence Specialist

8+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.
Deep, hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Strong understanding of semantic model design and data modeling for reporting.
Proficiency with modern BI features (charts, graphs, segmentation, scheduling, alerting, and reporting).

Migration, Data Sources, & Pipelines

Experience with BI platform migrations (e.g., SAP BI to Power BI/Tableau).
Experience integrating BI tools with diverse data sources: Oracle, Cloudera, AWS (S3, Athena, RDS), Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, and Azure.
Working knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline processes.

Administration, Security, & Performance

Experience with on-prem BI administration: service management, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks: Entra ID, ISAM, and LDAP.
Understanding of security vulnerability management for on-prem applications.
Ability to analyze and optimize dashboard and report performance.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and training/documentation skills.
