Position: IT Infrastructure Team Lead
Location: Grand Island, NE - onsite
Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 base annual salary + excellent full benefits

IT Infrastructure Team Lead - High-Impact, Growth-Focused Role

As the IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you'll oversee servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security systems-while mentoring a talented technical team and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
Lead daily infrastructure operations across servers, storage, networks, and security
Implement, configure, and optimize physical & virtual server environments
Manage patching, OS deployments, monitoring, alerts, and backups
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Oversee entitlement/Active Directory administration
Support procurement, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance, documentation, and root-cause analysis
Mentor team members and champion best practices
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical system needs
What You Bring
3-5+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience (servers, networks, storage)
Strong background in Microsoft Server OS; VMware, Citrix, Exchange, and SQL
Knowledge of firewall management, TCP/IP, virtualization, and scripting
Experience with enterprise backup systems, SAN, RAID, and security practices
Industry certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA, VMware
Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills
