Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

We are seeking a motivated Tooling Coordinator / Tooling Technician to support tooling operations within a manufacturing facility. Working closely with the Tooling Engineer, this role helps maintain tooling inventory, supports production operations, manages documentation, and assists with continuous improvement projects. Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Inventory management or purchasing experience preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain tooling inventory to support production requirements
- Track tool usage, tool life, and inventory records
- Assist with evaluating tooling and recommending improvements
- Maintain tooling databases, drawings, and documentation
- Convert paper drawings into electronic formats
- Support tooling design, engineering projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with tooling setup, troubleshooting, and production support
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure tooling availability and efficiency
- Analyze tooling and production data to identify process improvements
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and cost-reduction projects
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility
- Ability to safely handle tooling, equipment, and materials
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials as required
