Recordkeeping Integrated Delivery, Execution & Reporting (RIDER) is within the
Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) technology organization.
RIDER is responsible for driving the execution and delivery of TIAA's Recordkeeping Transformation (RKT) strategic partnership with Accenture. This team manages the day-to-day relationship with Accenture and works closely with the Joint Core Leadership Team (TIAA and Accenture leaders) to govern and execute the multi-year recordkeeping transformation program.
The Business Management function of RIDER drives technology and process transformation through value streams aimed at improving efficiency and client/associate experience. This team focuses on reporting, analysis, dashboard creation, culture development, process improvement and enterprise education on Recordkeeping Transformation initiatives. This role will provide exposure to business operations, project coordination, and programs that drive team effectiveness and employee experience. The intern will assist with research, data analysis, communications, and project management, while gaining insight into how business management supports strategic and operational goals. This team also develops innovative project intake and assessment solutions, creating unified project management tools with AI-enhanced evaluation capabilities and automated readiness planning systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Performs clerical duties such as taking memos, organizing documents, maintaining files, photocopying, faxing, etc. as needed
- Assists in preparing information and research materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Takes notes during meetings and provides to team members.
- Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
- Attends company functions, including trainings programs, speaker series, lunch-and-learns and social networking events that provide opportunities for career growth and personal development.
- Shadows multiple office jobs and trains in a variety of tasks.
- Gains experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry

Base Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
