Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues that may impact team productivity.
Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Monitor sprint progress and team velocity using Jira dashboards and reports.
Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and process artifacts in Confluence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
Promote transparency, communication, and collaboration across teams and departments.
Support release planning and coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams when necessary.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and organizational governance standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development or technology teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to remove obstacles and foster high-performing teams.
Experience tracking metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint performance.
Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Scrum Master).
Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Inc..
