We are seeking a Contract AI Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX concept development for cutting-edge AI systems, including generative design platforms and agentic operating systems.
About the Role
The AI Product Designer will drive forward-thinking UX initiatives, translating complex AI behaviors into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
You will collaborate with designers, researchers, and creative technologists to define the future of AI-powered interactions across devices and platforms—balancing long-term vision with hands-on design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX concept development for generative design systems (adaptive UI, tokenized design patterns, AI-driven components)
- Define and prototype Agentic OS interaction models (intent-based navigation, multi-agent workflows, dynamic layouts)
- Translate complex AI system behaviors into intuitive user experiences and interaction flows
- Develop strategy documents, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity concepts
- Contribute to JTBD analysis, opportunity mapping, and product roadmap decisions
- Create compelling design narratives for executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including AI, research, and engineering
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in UX, Interaction Design, or HCI
- Minimum 3+ years designing AI-powered or emerging product experiences
- Experience designing AI-native or agentic interfaces (multi-step workflows, autonomous systems)
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative UI principles
- Design system tokenization
- AI/LLM behavior and system design patterns
- Experience with multimodal interaction design (voice, gesture, visual, ambient)
- Expertise in Figma (component systems, auto-layout, tokens/variables)
- Strong experience in OS-level UX design and system architecture
- Ability to create high-impact concept designs and strategic artifacts
Preferred Experience
- Experience prototyping intent-based navigation models
- Familiarity with AI design tools and prompt-driven workflows
- Experience working within scaled design systems
- Exposure to agent orchestration, delegation models, and AI interaction frameworks
Soft Skills
- Strong systems thinking with ability to balance strategy and execution
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for complex AI concepts
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams

Education / Experience
- 10+ years of UX / Interaction Design / HCI experience
- Proven experience working on AI or emerging technology products
