The Job

As a Snowflake Architect, the consultants will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions using Snowflake and Informatica Cloud.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud data migration from on-premises preferably from any RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata etc to Informatica.
• Perform data security and data access controls and design, RBAC Policies, Dynamic Masking, Secured Views etc.
• Experience with Snowflake and Snowflake utilities.
• Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively helping the team and take the ownership for closer.
• Lead architectural discussions, mentor junior team members, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Skills Need

• Must have 12+ years of IT experience.
• Must have 10+ years of IT experience in the US working for US companies.
• Must have 4 years of recent experience working in a banking or Brokerage environment (With in last 8 years minimum).
• Must have 8+ years of experience with Snowflake and Informatica.
• Must have expertise experience with Snowflake - data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, Stored Procedure, Snowpark.
• Must have hands-on experience in AWS Glue/Pyspark Data Frame/DataStage/Matillion/ Informatica and AWS data storage and management technologies such as S3.
• Must have 4 plus years of Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel, Streams and Tasks.
• Must have Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, Copy Command from S3, SnowSQL, SnowPipe.
• Must be proficient in complex SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Recent Snowflake Certified Architect Certification is a ''Big Plus''.
• SnowPro Core Certified Certification is a ''Big Plus''.
