Job Title: IT Administrator / Application Support – ePAM (State Street)
Location: NY/NJ
Duration: 6+ month
Role Summary
· Responsible for operational stability, support, and enhancement of the State Street ePAM platform
· Partners with Finance, Investment Accounting, and vendors to ensure system reliability and data integrity
Application Support & Operations
· Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and user issues
· Monitor system performance and batch processes
· Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
Investment Accounting Support
· Support ePAM as core investment accounting platform
· Validate holdings, transactions, and valuations
· Assist with month-end and quarter-end close
Integration & Data Management
· Support inbound/outbound data interfaces
· Resolve reconciliation and data quality issues
· Coordinate with ERP/EPM and data teams
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
· Act as liaison with State Street and vendors
· Manage escalations and support tickets
· Coordinate releases and enhancements
Change & Controls
· Support upgrades and testing cycles
· Maintain documentation and SOPs
· Ensure audit and compliance readiness
Qualifications
· 5+ years application support experience
· Investment accounting systems experience preferred
· Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills
