Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) (must be hands-on)
Strong server-side programming experience using APEX
Good hands-on experience with APEX / HTML / JavaScript / CSS
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party vendors
API integrations and RESTful services knowledge
Good database knowledge including SQL and SOQL
Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX, etc.)

Additional / Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional)
Experience with business process modeling and optimization
Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks
Experience conducting business process assessments and gap analysis
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working with Microsoft Cloud platforms
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum
Experience with low-code platforms
