Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project initiatives
- Develop clear and structured documentation for stakeholders
- Provide recommendations based on findings and ongoing analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
- Present insights and updates to leadership
- Monitor and maintain key business processes and data accuracy
- Communicate via email, meetings, and collaboration tools
- Perform data analysis and research for assigned projects
- Create and maintain business documentation
- Work with multiple teams to understand business needs
- Support ongoing process improvements and implementation efforts
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: 2-4 years of experience in: Business analysis, Data analysis, Process documentation
- Experience in healthcare or managed care environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of claims processing, provider data, or healthcare systems
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of data integration and system enhancements
- Experience with HIPAA transactions (e.g., 837, 999, 277) is a plus
- Project management experience
- Bachelor s degree in healthcare or a related field
