Job Title: Technical Planview Consultant
Work Location & Reporting Address: Jersey City, NJ 07310 - Hybrid - with travel to client's place for 4-5 days a month for the initial 3-4 months, after that as and when required

Planview Portfolio Solution Architect Key Skills & Experience
Must have: experience in implementation, configuration, and integration with Planview. Has to be a Technical candidate
Core Expertise
Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Planview Portfolios, including Greenfield implementations.
Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise One and other PPM tools.
Strong understanding of Planview architecture, modules, and configuration.
Integration & Automation
Experience integrating Planview Portfolios with Jira and other third-party systems.
Proficient in SOAP Web Services for automation and bulk data operations.
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UI Path and/or Power Automate.
Agile & OKR Setup
Experience in setting up OKRs and AgilePlace within Planview.
Data & Reporting
Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Report Builder, and Power BI.
Skilled in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
Experience designing and optimizing database structures for performance and scalability.
Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and anomalies.
Experience creating and maintaining documentation for:
o Data models and schemas
o Analytical and operational reporting
o Overall data management processes
Process & Change Management
Experience in process documentation and change management.
Prior experience in Planview implementation is mandatory.
Additional Skills
Conceptual understanding of ETL tools or scripting (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in English).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple time zones.
Experience in the financial services sector is a plus. Minimum years of experience: 8 years
