Duration: Long Term

Proven experience leading large-scale data center migrations or consolidations
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure:
Racks, power, cooling, cabling
Networks, firewalls, storage arrays, clusters
Virtualization (VMware / ESXi)
Ability to perform deep technical analysis:
Log analysis, system inspection, dependency mapping
Root cause identification and remediation planning
Experience with CMDB/DCIM platforms (ServiceNow, Nautobot, etc.)
Strong understanding of:
Redundancy models, failure domains, and high-availability systems
Tier III data center environments
Ability to design strategy,
