Job#: 3030394 Job Description: Job Title: IHT Cyber Security Analyst IVSummaryThe Cyber Security Analyst IV plays a critical leadership role in strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position identifies and remediates security gaps, leads strategic security initiatives, and provides expert-level guidance across multiple cybersecurity domains. The analyst will drive the development of security policies, oversee complex risk assessments, and support major organizational programs-including a primary focus on PCI compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a senior information security consultant, leading major initiatives to identify and mitigate security gaps while providing strategic guidance to key organizational stakeholders.
- Direct the development, refinement, and implementation of security Policies, Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Design and lead organization-wide information security awareness initiatives.
- Lead complex security risk assessments, including third-party risk reviews, collaborating with business partners, vendors, and legal teams to prioritize and manage risks. Oversee documentation and support risk-based decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve complex security events, taking a lead role in incident response and mentoring others on advanced investigative techniques.
- Manage and optimize daily security operations, including monitoring, tool configuration, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts.
- Train cybersecurity team members on security tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, leading the strategic integration of new tools and methodologies to enhance organizational security.
- Build strong partnerships with Cyber Security Engineers and IT leadership to improve security tools, processes, and overall posture.
- Serve as a principal liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide additional leadership support as needed, guiding teams and projects.
Role OverviewThis is a newly created, high-impact role dedicated to driving PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance across the organization. The analyst will lead initial GAP analysis, project planning, and the ongoing evolution of the PCI program. The ideal candidate must be able to contribute immediately and demonstrate a proven track record of driving PCI compliance-not merely participating in audits.
Primary Focus- Lead and own PCI compliance initiatives from end to end.

Candidate RequirementsExperience- 8-12 years of cybersecurity experience
- Demonstrable experience driving PCI compliance (not just contributing to audits)
Certifications (Nice to Have)- Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)
- Internal Security Assessor (ISA)
Industry Background- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Soft Skills- Highly organized with strong documentation habits
- Ability to present to and communicate with executive leadership
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
