**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design and 6-8 years of workplace design experience.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization; working knowledge of Revit required.
- Strong understanding of design concepts, finishes, and furniture applications.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with building and accessibility codes is a plus.
- Experience in programming, space planning, and documentation.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for compelling presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and resource efficiency.
- NCIDQ Certification or pursuing certification; LEED and/or WELL accreditation is preferred.
