Role: Technical Project Manager

Requirements:
Demonstrate strong technical acumen with the ability to understand
complex engineering challenges.
Exhibit strong program management discipline, stakeholder management,
and process optimization mindset.
Operate as a hands-on TPM, driving delivery of critical business
initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage all aspects of programs including planning, execution, risk
management, communication, and implementation.
Act as a technical problem solver-anticipating bottlenecks, removing
roadblocks, driving solutions, and balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs consisting of
multiple interrelated projects.
Establish program structure, governance, and shared alignment across
engineering, product, and business teams.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to
design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities.
Break down complex technical and business challenges into manageable
components with clear execution plans.
Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to align program
milestones into a unified, business-aligned timeline.
Develop and implement scalable cross-organizational processes,
mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to support large-scale program execution.
Influence both short-term and long-term product and technical
strategies through data-driven insights and cross-functional engagement.
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, anticipate bottlenecks,
manage escalations, and collaborate with Product Management on tradeoffs.
