About the Role
We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator to join our Sales Enablement team. As our organization continues to grow and align its sales, marketing, and recruiting efforts, it is investing in best-in-class systems and processes—including HubSpot—to help teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
This role serves as the strategic owner and day-to-day administrator of the HubSpot platform. It is critical to ensuring HubSpot is optimized to support sales effectiveness, pipeline visibility, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate is both technically strong in HubSpot and business-minded, with the ability to translate sales and marketing needs into scalable CRM solutions, as well as a strong understanding and utilization of AI to enhance sales processes and communications.

Job Description
As the HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and evolution of the HubSpot platform. Working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership, you will translate business needs into practical CRM solutions, streamline processes through automation, and ensure teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to succeed. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include:
HubSpot Administration & Optimization
  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and CRM).
  • Act as the key liaison to HubSpot and meet routinely with the support contact to stay updated on new features.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, objects, properties, workflows, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure HubSpot architecture supports staffing and consulting sales motions, including lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-placement workflows.
Sales Enablement Support
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to align HubSpot with sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Support adoption by simplifying workflows and improving usability for sales and marketing teams.
Training & Enablement
  • Serve as the internal HubSpot subject matter expert.
  • Create and deliver HubSpot training and documentation, and coordinate routine open office hours to support ongoing adoption for the sales team.
  • Support new hire onboarding related to CRM usage.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Stay current on HubSpot features and recommend new capabilities that enable sales opportunities and drive business value.
Data Management & Integrations
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, hygiene, and governance across the organization.
  • Manage integrations with key systems (e.g., ATS, marketing tools, analytics platforms).
  • Oversee data imports, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Design and deploy workflows and automation to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-lead and follow-up.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (Sales Hub experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Strong AI utilization with specific application/use cases for sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience building sequences, workflows, dashboards, and custom objects/properties.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin and Sales Hub).
  • Experience supporting sales teams in staffing, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruiting technology integrations.
  • Experience working with Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations teams.
