Job Title: Salesforce AI / Agentforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce AI / Agentforce Solution Architect to lead AI readiness and define Agentforce-driven solutions across the Salesforce platform. This is a key role responsible for architectural decisions, AI governance alignment, and translating business goals into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Readiness Assessment across business and technical stakeholders
Define and design Salesforce Agentforce use cases
Own end-to-end architecture decisions across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Knowledge
Develop solution Blueprint, implementation Roadmap, and Use Case Matrix
Ensure AI governance and responsible AI principles are incorporated into solution design
Translate business objectives into AI-powered workflows and Service Cloud solutions

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Professional
Proven Salesforce Agentforce expertise (mandatory for prime and subcontractors)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge Articles
- AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
Ability to bridge business requirements with AI-enabled technical solutions
