Lead SharePoint ASP.NET Core Angular Developer // HYBRID ONSITE - Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid: 3 days a week
- Open to W2 or CTC contractors
***MUST HAVE***- MUST HAVE prior experience re-platforming SharePoint and InfoPath-based solutions into a modern scalabe full-stack architecture Angular, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server
- The ability to apply advanced concepts and independently handle complex tasks is required. MUST be hands-on experience with practical implementation
- Client Interviews will include scenario-based discussions around migrating a SharePoint-based application to a modern full-stack architecture Angular, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, the responses are expected to be clear and have practical implementation depth. Must be able to articulate end-to-end implementation details in a real-world migration scenario, migration approach, including how data transition, system coexistence, or cutover from SharePoint to the new platform was managed. Additionally, explanations of authentication and authorization architecture must be in detail and not just high/surface level.
- This team is looking for someone who can translate SharePoint application but has hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and SQL. These things are a MUST! Not looking for someone who will manage a team but just be able to execute and be hands-on.
What We re Looking For 10-15 years of professional software development experience Experience building enterprise or internal-facing web applications Strong understanding of business forms, approvals, and workflow-driven systems Hands-on exposure to SharePoint, including one or more of the following:InfoPath forms SharePoint workflows or approval processes Supporting business users on SharePoint-based applications Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent) Experience modernizing, refactoring, or replacing legacy systems Familiarity with workflow or approval-based applications Experience with background or scheduled processing Familiarity with role-based access and enterprise authentication Experience working in a Git-based development environment
Technology Environment
Modern web frontend frameworks - Angular
Backend services built using ASP.NET Core
Relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Enterprise authentication and directory services (Active Directory)
Exposure to data transformation or analytics tooling (e.g., dbt) is a plus
Deployment and runtime environments include containerized services, with exposure to Kubernetes and OpenShift
