Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle EPM Senior Planning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, focusing on the Oracle EPM Planning Cloud and related EPM suite tools. As a senior consultant, you will also help clients enhance their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities through the use of Oracle EPM products.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning, FreeForm, and Custom Planning solutions (Cloud or On-Premise).
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective EPM planning solutions.
Develop customized financial planning models, workflows, and processes to meet client needs.
Provide strategic guidance on best practices for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining EPM solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers with clients to ensure proper adoption of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EPM applications and performance.
Collaborate with other functional teams (IT, finance, business users) to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM and other business applications.
Stay current on new Oracle EPM releases, features, and industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.
Support the testing and validation of system configurations and report generation.
Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and client updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle EPM Suite Tools (e.g. - Financial Consolidation & Close, Narrative Reporting, Enterprise Performance Management Cloud)
Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, particularly Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle PBCS, or similar tools.
Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and FP&A workflows.
Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM products, including the configuration of business rules, data forms, and report creation.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and EPM Cloud deployment best practices.
Strong technical aptitude, with experience in integrating Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP systems, databases, etc.).
Solid understanding of database technologies, including Essbase, SQL, and other relational database systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Oracle Hyperion).
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience with implementing EPM Planning Cloud modules (e.g. Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects)
Experience in the finance, accounting, operations, or business analytics domain
