About the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and implementation of a modern Knowledge Management solution within Salesforce. You will build a custom knowledge landing page, advanced search and filtering, automated article lifecycle workflows, and integrations with enterprise archival systems. This role blends Salesforce expertise with strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities- Build custom Salesforce Knowledge components (landing page, dynamic search, filtering, authoring enhancements)
- Develop workflows for scheduling, publishing, and archiving articles
- Integrate Salesforce Knowledge with enterprise document scanning systems
- Implement contextual article suggestions and keyword mapping
- Create dashboards for article usage and engagement analytics
- Lead requirements sessions, document specifications, and execute complex test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior analysts
- Present findings and solutions to business and technical stakeholders
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business/systems analysis experience
- 5+ years writing requirements for software development
- Experience leading small project teams (3-5 people)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with SQL, metadata concepts, data modeling, and structured methodologies (Agile/RUP)
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge and workflow automation
- Healthcare or health insurance knowledge a plus
