Overview

• Our client is seeking a Project Management Analyst to provide critical support for transmission and substation line-of-business projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to act as a foundational member of a large project team, driving the success of essential infrastructure initiatives within the Atlantic City Electric Region. You will play a key role in ensuring project efficiency by coordinating across multiple functions and maintaining precise tracking of project milestones.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to 2-3 Project Managers. This involves organizing project data, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and facilitating clear communication between internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PMA support for 2-3 Project Managers focusing on Miscellaneous Transmission and Substation projects.
• Track project progress and milestones to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and prioritize project-related tasks to maintain a high level of efficiency across the regional portfolio.
• Utilize technical software and database tools to manage project documentation and data.

Required Skills & Experience

• BA in Business or a related field.
• Specific experience within Technical or Software environments.
• PMP Certification.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Proven experience with project tracking methodologies.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and superior time management and prioritization abilities.
