Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based frameworks, distributed systems, API development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
You will lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Optimize application performance and scalability
Lead code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Architect distributed systems and cloud-native solutions
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field
5+ years of professional experience in Python development
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
Experience developing scalable and high-availability systems
