Role Overview at Work:

A strong candidate will have hands-on product management experience combined with excellent training and facilitation skills.

We're looking for experienced Product Management Trainers who can deliver high-impact learning experiences across a large, diverse enterprise. This role blends deep product expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to teach modern PM practices -- including the use of AI-powered tools and workflows -- with clarity, confidence, and consistency. The trainer will support structured learning paths, guide learners through assessments, create and maintain training content, and manage learner records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver core product management fundamentals with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance across multiple cohorts.

Apply PM concepts to real product scenarios, tailoring examples to different product domains (platform, data, SaaS, internal tools, customer-facing products, etc.).

Guide learners through prerequisite-based learning paths, supporting knowledge checks, progression, and mastery of foundational concepts.

Facilitate discussions, exercises, and simulations that engage diverse teams and reinforce practical application.

Ensure consistency across cohorts, maintaining a uniform, high-quality learning experience at enterprise scale.

Collaborate to create and refine content, validate assessments, and continuously improve the training experience.

Develop and revise instructional materials, exercises, case studies, and digital assets to ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Maintain accurate learner data, manage attendance and completion, document assessment outcomes to support enterprise learning programs.

Model and teach AI-enabled product management practices, including:

Using AI for discovery, research synthesis, and insights generation AI-assisted prioritization, roadmap exploration, and scenario modeling Evaluating AI-driven product opportunities and risks Teaching responsible AI use aligned with organizational standards

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or PM Coach in modern product organizations.

Proven ability to teach, facilitate, and simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.

Experience applying PM frameworks such as problem framing, discovery, prioritization, road mapping, OKRs, and experimentation.

Experience with AI-assisted product management tools and methods (e.g., AI-assisted research, synthesis, prototyping, analytics).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and group facilitation skills.

Ability to adapt examples and exercises to different product types and business contexts.

Ability to create and maintain instructional content and manage learner records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple cohorts or training cycles.

Complete Required Skills & Experience Section Strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or PM Coach in modern product organizations.

Proven ability to teach, facilitate, and simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.
