Key Responsibilities:

Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and visual analytics
Design and optimize enterprise reports in Crystal Reports
Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling from multiple systems
Implement Dev/Test/Prod deployment pipelines in Power BI
Conduct thorough testing including UAT and regression testing
Optimize performance of dashboards and queries
Ensure adherence to governance, privacy, and security standards

Required Skills:

9+ years in BI, Data Engineering, and Reporting
Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
Strong Crystal Reports expertise
Strong SQL skills
Experience with deployment pipelines and end-to-end testing
Stakeholder communication and leadership

Preferred:
Government / Public Sector experience
Criminal justice or case management system exposure
