CAD AND CIS – Discovery or any ITOM module cert.
Lead level TC who is an expert with ITOM Discovery. Additional info below. This is staff aug working at direction of customer. Estimating 14 hrs a week.
• Discover 1 subset of datacenter to support audit findings
• Assist with the implementation of up to 5 MID Servers ·
• Utilize OOB probes, sensors, and patterns for Discovery. ·
• Define update sets and data that is tested to be moved to production (if applicable). ·
• Define Range Sets with IP ranges to be discovered and define Schedules to be run per Customer requirements. ·
• Execute discovery runs that mirror development work to ensure like for like functionality and validate data collection. ·
• Discover up to 250 servers and network devices
• AWS will be a separate effort outside of this scope · Configure Tanium Service Graph Connector
