Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that ensure product quality and release readiness. In this role, you will work closely with developers, application owners, and business stakeholders to build robust automation frameworks, perform API and cloud-based testing, and support high-performing systems in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Perform extensive API testing, including validation of RESTful services, schema validation, contract testing, and performance testing. Build and execute automated test suites to ensure application quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and implement effective testing solutions. Develop test strategies, plans, and documentation for complex, cross-platform applications. Utilize Java and automation tools to create robust and maintainable test solutions. Perform database validation using SQL. Test cloud-based applications leveraging AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3. Support continuous integration and delivery processes within Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to improve system stability and performance. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in QA, including functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Extensive experience in API testing and automation. Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch. Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, and Rest Assured. Strong expertise in testing RESTful APIs, including schema validation, contract testing, and performance testing. Experience with SQL for database validation. Experience testing cloud-based applications in AWS environments. Strong programming skills in Java for test automation. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional and global teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale applications. Familiarity with advanced test data management and automation best practices. Education: Bachelors Degree
