Job Title: ServiceNow Release Manager (Healthcare/Hospital Domain)

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Release Manager with Healthcare/Hospital domain expertise to manage and coordinate release activities for ServiceNow implementations. The candidate will ensure smooth, compliant, and timely releases supporting healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage ServiceNow release cycles

Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams

Ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)

Maintain release calendars and manage dependencies across projects

Support healthcare workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Identify and mitigate risks related to releases

Required Qualifications:

Overall, 12 years of experience required

Proven experience as a Release Manager in ServiceNow environments

Strong understanding of Healthcare/Hospital domain

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and release management processes

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
