FGPP SME

We are looking for an experienced FGPP SME (Functional and Technical Subject Matter Expert) with strong functional and technical expertise in FGPP. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in FGPP configuration, production support, issue analysis, and technical architecture.

Mandatory Requirements

• 14+ years of overall IT experience.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of FGPP.

• Good understanding of FGPP technical architecture.

• Hands-on experience with FGPP configuration, including profile and rule setup.

• Strong experience in issue and case analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Senior L2/L3 support profiles are acceptable, provided they have strong techno-functional FGPP expertise.

• Candidates whose experience is predominantly testing-focused should be avoided.

• Candidates must have sufficient SME-level expertise to clear the client interview.

• Recent FGPP experience within the last three years is mandatory.

• Experience with GPP versions such as 4.5, 4.6, or 4.7 is preferred/required as applicable to the project.

Mandatory Skills and Candidate Questionnaire

1. FGPP Issue/Case Analysis: Hands-on experience with triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, database queries, and GUI-based troubleshooting.

2. FGPP Functional Knowledge: Depth of understanding of FGPP business processes and functional workflows.

3. FGPP Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring profiles and rules, not just designing the setup.

4. Customer-Facing Experience: Experience leading technical calls and communicating with customers.

5. Recent FGPP Experience: Details of FGPP projects handled within the last three years, including GPP versions used (e.g., 4.5, 4.6, or 4.7).

6. Notice Period: Current notice period and earliest available joining date.

7. Work Schedule: Confirmation of availability to work during US business hours, aligned with the EST time zone.
