RPA lead

Position Title :  RPA Technology Lead – UiPath (Automation, Apps & Forms)

Location:  Within USA  Hybrid / Remote.

Experience Required :  8+ years in Software Development, Automation, and Digital Transformation with 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience.

Role Summary

An experienced RPA Technology Lead with deep expertise in the UiPath platform, including Unattended Automation, UiPath Apps, UiPath Forms, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Document Understanding.  UiPath Advanced Developer certification is essential.

The candidate will lead automation initiatives from solution design through production support while driving adoption of human-in-the-loop solutions using UiPath Apps and Forms.

The candidate will be the primary contact for the client for High Priority development initiatives, design discussions with Client.  He/She will Coordinate with offshore team for streamlined delivery, engaging with business stakeholders, BCBS Automation CoE/Managers, and delivering scalable enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop High level and end to end design for Automation
• Be the Go-To-Person for the client for any technical architecture discussions etc.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of UiPath automation solutions.
• Review technical designs, code quality, solution performance, and security compliance.
• Provide guidance to developers and conduct design/code reviews.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.

UiPath Unattended Automation

Design and implement complex unattended and semi-attended automations.

Build scalable automation solutions integrating: ERP systems, Web applications,APIs

Databases

Optimize bot performance, reliability, and scalability, Manage bot scheduling, resource allocation, and workload balancing through UiPath Orchestrator.

UiPath Apps and Forms

Design and develop business user interfaces using UiPath Apps,  Create dynamic workflows incorporating:  Human approvals, Exception handling, Task management, Business validations

• Develop and maintain UiPath Forms to support attended and unattended automation processes.
• Build end-user-friendly interfaces that improve user adoption and process efficiency.
• Integrate Apps and Forms seamlessly with UiPath robots and backend systems.
• Drive low-code automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Apps.

Solution Architecture

Lead discovery workshops and process assessments.

Prepare solution design documents (SDDs), HLDs, and effort estimations.

Evaluate automation feasibility (Develop Quick PoCs if needed )  and recommend optimal automation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Present automation roadmaps, architecture recommendations, and project status to BCBS leadership.

Act as a trusted advisor for automation strategy.

Team Leadership

Mentor and coach developers and senior developers.

Conduct technical interviews and onboarding activities.

Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
