  • Oversee partner technical certifications, audit integration designs and deliverables, and enforce best practices.
  • Deliver advanced technical training to partner engineers and project managers; ensure readiness for product updates, new features, and Inspector releases.
  • Act as a regional liaison for partner and customer feedback, translating operational insights into actionable input for product and CI program teams.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to align program requirements, partner capabilities, and product evolution.
  • Lead technical go-to-market pilots in-region, managing partner field validation of new technologies, and supporting sales.
  • Mentor FAEs and partner engineers to promote consistency, quality, and efficiency across integrations.
  • Drive process improvements in partner enablement, certification, and technical standards to scale CI program impact globally.

You bring:

  • Strong technical training and mentoring skills, with experience delivering certifications or enablement frameworks.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across autonomy, mapping, networking, and hardware domains.
  • Master's in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years in robotics, automation, or systems integration (3+ with a Master's). Prior Field Applications Engineering or Solution Architecture strongly preferred.

Nice to have:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Networking (protocols, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routers/switches).
    • Linux (Ubuntu) systems management and optimization.
    • Programming experience in Python, C++, Typescript, or Kotlin.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
  • Relevant industry certifications in robotics, networking, or systems integration preferred.
