Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Analyst to support the testing and validation of business applications and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
11+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or ISTQB.
Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
