YSI is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the contractor s primary management lead for the task order, with responsibility for overall team oversight and day-to-day contract performance.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Contractor s team and be responsible for performance of the work under the task order.
Have full authority, either personally or through the designated Alternate, to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract.
Coordinate project calls with stakeholders, including U.S. Attorneys System Owners
Coordinate strategic decisions and the USAidam roadmap with Contractor and Government PMs
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions; and provide GFE reports upon request.
Oversee technology/application development, risk management, and resource allocation
Prepare and maintain high-level schedules and budgets
Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis
Direct completion of project-specific tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints
Manage day-to-day Agile/Scrum activities
Review work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements
Deliver status presentations and lead client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree. Education substitution: Associate s degree with 12 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
10 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience overseeing technology/application development, risk management, resource allocation, high-level schedules and budgets, day-to-day client interface, Agile/Scrum activities, work-product review, status reporting/presentations, and client meetings.
Active Public Trust or must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
