Job Description:

 

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise or largescale environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a selfdriven contributor.
  • Apex (classes, triggers, batch/scheduled processing)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, integration patterns, Platform Events
  • Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, bulk data operations
  • Handson experience with data migration, ETL processes, CRM transitions, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) highly preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience with ETL/migration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Boomi), and Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, communication, and documentation skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead all technical development efforts for the ZendesktoSalesforce migration, including data mapping, transformation logic, and migration strategy.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, triggers, Visualforce, LWC, API integrations).
  • Convert business requirements into robust technical solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Build and optimize data migration scripts, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and consistent data movement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Data, Product, CRM Operations) to translate Zendesk structures into the Salesforce data model.
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems as part of the migration.
  • Identify technical risks, recommend mitigations, and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance.
  • Own endtoend deliverables from design through deployment and postmigration stabilization.
  • Troubleshot complex data quality, mapping, and platform behavior issues during migration.

 

Education: Bachelor''s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 

 

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Remote to be $140,000 to $145,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
