Summary

Software Engineering Team Lead

Remote First role.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to lead a technical team delivering software solutions, ERP customisations and ongoing application support.

The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring and client-facing responsibilities. You will work closely with consulting teams to design quality solutions, manage technical workloads and ensure projects are delivered to scope and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

Develop and test customised solutions, particularly within Epicor and related utilities.

Provide technical direction, troubleshooting and escalation support.

Work with consulting teams on solution design and delivery.

Support Epicor technical training and end-user training.

Manage development queues, deadlines and project milestones.

Drive improvements to technical processes, policies and procedures.

Support recruitment, onboarding and development plans for team members.

Key Skills & Experience:

4+ years' .NET development experience.

Strong C# and/or VB.NET skills.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Progress databases.

Knowledge of Epicor ERP is highly desirable.

Exposure to Crystal Reports and SSRS.

Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing technical teams.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $115,000-$135,000
Location/Travel: Remote first. Minimal travel as required.
