Senior HR Tech .NET Integration Lead (Workday & Azure)

Core Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Define and document business requirements, goals, and workflows across Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, and Gratuity.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications including functional and non-functional requirements.
Technical Analysis & Solution Design
• Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations to identify constraints and improvements.
• Design and review scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize system workflows and HR processes.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Work with IT, Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Scope Clarification.
• Liaise with end-users and business teams to validate solutions.
Development & Support
• Contribute to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including user story development and implementation.
• Support production systems, including job monitoring and issue resolution.
Testing, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Validate integrations, data accuracy, and end-to-end workflows prior to deployment.
Project & Change Management
• Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Assist in change management, including documentation, training, and communication plan
System Implementation & Optimization
• Implement new applications, integrations, and enhancements with technical teams.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements and upgrades.
Reporting & Compliance
• Generate system performance and project reports.
• Ensure adherence to IT regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
HR Domain & Integrations
• Strong expertise in HR systems: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Gratuity, and Workday integrations.
Technical Skills
• 10–14 years of experience in C#, , .NET Framework, and Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures.
Development & Delivery
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation across large enterprise projects.
• Experience in both Development and Production Support environments.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities.
