in person Job SummaryWe are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level
Systems Administrator (Systems Administrator I / Systems Engineer) to support our onsite enterprise infrastructure environment. This role involves installing, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting compute, storage, virtualization, and Microsoft-based systems within a 247365 operation. The ideal candidate will support both project-based initiatives and daily operations while adhering to established processes and best practices.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, manage, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Support system architecture across compute, storage, virtualization, and desktop environments.
- Provide on-call/after-hours support as needed in a 247365 environment.
- Assist with the implementation of technology projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Generate performance and capacity reports and assist with planning.
- Establish and conduct preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and contractors.
- Participate in data center operations, including hardware installations (rack-and-stack).
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
OR - High School Diploma plus 2+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience
