Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale, multi-agency initiative within the California court system. This role focuses on program coordination, stakeholder communication, and governance support across multiple organizations utilizing a shared case management system.

This position is not a technical delivery role. The Project Manager will operate in a facilitation capacity, ensuring alignment, communication, and progress tracking across committees, leadership teams, and participating organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups and participating organizations
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, committees, and working groups
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, summaries, and track action items
  • Develop and maintain issue and risk tracking processes
  • Monitor project timelines and identify risks or escalation items
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership review and decision-making
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Promote collaboration and alignment across teams and organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project or program management within a government or public sector environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders or organizations
  • Strong communication skills, including experience working with leadership-level stakeholders
  • Experience with issue tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or enterprise initiatives
  • Experience working with courts, judicial systems, or case management systems
  • Background in PMO, governance, or program coordination roles
  • Experience facilitating committees, working groups, or multi-organization initiatives

Additional Information

  • This role is coordination and communication focused rather than technical delivery
  • Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills are essential
  • Judicial CMS experience is HIGHLY preferred
