Workday Project Manager – HCM & Financials Implementation

• Assist in project management for the end-to-end Workday implementation, focusing on HCM and Financials modules
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks
• Monitor project milestones, conduct status updates, and provide insightful recommendations based on best practices
• Support testing, training, and change management efforts to drive successful adoption

• Proven experience implementing Workday, with hands-on involvement in at least one full-cycle rollout of HCM and Financials modules
• Comfortable with finance terminology and concepts, enabling effective collaboration with financial teams
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to deliver results efficiently and independently
• Excellent judgment and "bedside manner" – diplomatic, empathetic, and skilled at building positive relationships in high-pressure environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with diverse personalities, without asserting a dominant presence

• Experience in commercial real estate, with familiarity in typical service lines (e.g., property management, leasing, brokerage, or asset management)
• Prior experience in similar implementation projects within regulated or complex industries

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: Through March 2027 (including go-live on January 1, 2027, and 3 months of post-go-live hypercare)
• Compensation: $80/hr.
