Summary:
The role involves creating relevant analytics and exception reporting to enhance business decision-making processes. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver insightful and dynamic reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Utilize technical experience to create or leverage tools for developing and supporting long-term analytical data solutions, relevant analytics, and exception reporting.
Take ownership of report/analysis design and creation, code development, validation of results, and product delivery.
Communicate results by developing dynamic and visual reporting that clearly communicates trends and statistically significant anomalies in the context of business risk.
Leverage strong business acumen, presentation, and communication skills to create and present analysis in relevant, consumable, meaningful, and insightful ways.
Collaborate and strategize with other Business Intelligence leaders to share analysis, solutions, data structures, and resources to minimize redundancies and improve efficiencies across the organization.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-7 years of experience to develop and support long-term analytical data solutions
Technical skills in spreadsheet software, IAM (Identity and Access Management), logging & monitoring, AI, NIST CSF 2.0 (Identify and Protect), security scanning tools, and vulnerabilities remediation.
Soft skills including being a self-starter who can work independently, proactive, with ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, Google AI Essentials, and Google AI Professional Certification are preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $84.68 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
