We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI systems built on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on architecting multi-agent AI solutions that reason, plan, and act across underwriting, claims, and customer service ecosystems within regulated insurance environments.
You will provide technical leadership across architecture, governance, and enterprise integrations while advising clients on AI transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities Agentic AI ArchitectureDesign end-to-end agentic AI systems on Azure
Define multi-agent collaboration patterns (underwriting, claims, servicing)
Implement Azure OpenAI, tool/skills calling, prompt orchestration, memory & planning
Establish autonomy guardrails and human-in-the-loop frameworks
Ensure observability and decision traceability
Build LLM + RAG solutions for FNOL, submissions, endorsements, SIU
Develop conversational and task-based AI agents
Integrate AI systems with policy admin, claims, CRM, billing & document systems
Azure AI Studio

7+ years Solution Architecture / Enterprise Technology
3+ years Insurance domain experience
