Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM Consultant to support and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identity governance, lifecycle management, RBAC, API integrations, and IAM processes in complex enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience with REST APIs and API-first integrations
• Knowledge of IAM integrations with SaaS applications, Active Directory, and enterprise systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create technical documentation and process workflows
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions
• Manage user access, lifecycle workflows, and governance processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
• Work with application administrators and business teams on access requirements
• Develop IAM standards, documentation, and process flows
• Support compliance, security, and risk management initiatives
• Participate in UAT, enhancements, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement IAM solutions
