Technical Project Manager – Vulnerability Management
Location: Juno Beach (On-Site)
Contract: 12 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide vulnerability management initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational execution to strengthen cybersecurity posture, reduce risk exposure, and ensure regulatory compliance across infrastructure, applications, and third-party environments.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="686" data-end="726">Program Leadership & Governance>Own and drive the enterprise vulnerability management roadmap, governance framework, and secure development integration.
Oversee end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle management, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and validation.
Ensure alignment with internal security policies, regulatory mandates, and industry frameworks.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to address systemic risk and accelerate remediation timelines.
Serve as the primary liaison between cybersecurity, engineering, IT operations, and business stakeholders.
Translate technical risk findings into clear business impact narratives and executive-ready insights.
Deliver regular executive briefings on risk posture, remediation progress, and program maturity.
Champion security awareness through training sessions and secure coding workshops.
Establish and monitor KPIs such as remediation SLAs, vulnerability aging, risk scoring trends, and program effectiveness.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks tailored for technical teams and leadership.
Continuously evaluate program maturity and implement improvements based on evolving threat landscapes.
Qualifications
4+ years of management experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity program leadership.
Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle processes, tooling, and remediation workflows.
Working knowledge of industry frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and executive audiences.
