7+ years of hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations (Fusion HCM).

o Oracle Payroll (US)
o 401(k) configuration and processing
o Retro payroll and adjustments
o Leave of Absence (LOA)
o Payroll costing setup
o Absence Management
o Core HR

Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
Experience with third party benefits or 401(k) providers and payroll integrations.
Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.
Experience supporting payroll transformations or standardization initiatives.
Ability to work independently onsite, owning requirements, design, and solutioning.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into
functional solutions.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Education Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field
