Senior SAP PPDS / SAP PP / SAP QM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PPDS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PP, SAP QM, and embedded PPDS in S/4HANA to lead configuration, implementation, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge in production planning and detailed scheduling.
<>Key Responsibilities:- Lead configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PPDS/ePPDS in S/4HANA environments
- Manage Planning Board / DS Board, heuristics, scheduling strategies, and master data (PDS, work centers, capacities)
- Develop and enhance custom heuristics based on client requirements
- Perform debugging and implement custom enhancements within the PPDS area
- Ensure data consistency through CIF and interface monitoring
- Integrate SAP PPDS with Kinaxis Rapid Response, MES systems, and 3PL systems for synchronized supply-demand planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, PM/EM teams, planners, and technical teams to deliver planning solutions
- Drive UAT, cut-over activities, hypercare support, and continuous process improvements
- 15+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PPDS, SAP PP, and SAP QM
- Extensive experience with embedded PPDS in S/4HANA
- Strong technical skills including debugging and custom development in PPDS
- Experience in cross-system integrations and supply-demand planning synchronization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating SAP with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Exposure to MES and 3PL system integrations
- Experience in large-scale global implementations
