Job Title: Claude GenAI Support Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a Claude GenAI Support Specialist to support and optimize applications powered by Anthropic s Claude and other large language models. This role involves troubleshooting GenAI workflows, improving prompt performance, and ensuring seamless integration and reliability of AI-driven solutions in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for GenAI applications built on Claude and LLM platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues related to prompts, APIs, integrations, and model responses
  • Optimize prompt engineering for accuracy, performance, and scalability
  • Monitor production systems, manage incidents, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to resolve issues
  • Assist in integration of LLM APIs with backend systems and workflows
  • Document solutions, best practices, and common troubleshooting scenarios
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 5 years of experience in technical support, AI/ML, or software engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (preferably Claude or similar models)
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
  • Experience with APIs, REST services, and system integrations
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
