Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Solution Architect to lead architecture, cloud migration, and transformation initiatives for Specialty Lines insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead end-to-end architecture for Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations and migrations.
Conduct cloud migration assessments covering integrations, data, forms, and infrastructure.
Develop migration roadmaps, TCO models, Technical Solution Analysis & Recommendations (TSAR), and Technical Approach & Design Documents (TADD).
Collaborate with enterprise architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Establish architectural standards, reusable patterns, governance, and best practices across Guidewire programs.
Mentor solution architects and engineering teams while driving innovation and platform strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Guidewire Solution/Enterprise Architect.
Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Cloud.
Proven experience with Guidewire Cloud migrations, architecture governance, and solution design.
Strong insurance domain knowledge, preferably within Specialty Lines.
Ability to architect solutions leveraging Guidewire out-of-the-box capabilities and cloud best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
