Position Summary- Independently solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions
- Ability to structure predictive analysis to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses and broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry
- Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics ; Present recommendations to senior staff and clients
- Acts as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions. Leads development of solutions with moderate complexity and risk
- Develops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on analytics results and solutions
- Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions
- Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of analytic experience independently drive analysis and initiatives with track record of business impact
- 3+ years of data science experience, preferred in consulting experience
- Experience in SQL, Tableau
- Experience programming using Python / R
Preferred Qualifications- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
- Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
- Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
- Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas
Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's degree or PhD preferred

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
