Job Description: Salesforce Engineer (with Release Management background)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, NYC, NY or Sunrise- Florida (ONSITE) 

Duration: 6-12 months

 

Role 1 - Salesforce Engineer (with Release Management background)

100% onsite Phoenix, AZ, NYC, NY or Sunrise- Florida

 

       Client want the consultant to work 100% onsite         from day 1

 

  • Requirements:
    • 1 year experience in a role whose responsibilities involved hands-on release management (May be release management role, RTE role or engineering role)
    • Skills:
      • Strong skills with Git and GitHub Workflows
      • Salesforce Programming (Apex, Javascript)
      • Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose failures quickly.
      • Basic familiarity with Agentic coding and AI tools
    • 1 year full time salesforce engineering
    • Must be willing to 1x a week work late 8-10pm MST/11pm-1am EDT to assist with release (we’re not asking anyone to work more than 40 hours - the expectation is they’d move working time from later in the week or from earlier that day)
    • (If Phoenix based) must be willing to attend early morning meetings for coordination with IST team.
